Sofia R
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities, from my early days at the Department of Education in Argentina, to early childhood centres here in Melbourne, to Disability Employment Services and later as a trainer and assessor working with vulnerable communities in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
I’m passionate about helping people with disabilities or other barriers achieve their goals and build the skills they need to live more independently and access fair, meaningful work.
I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), which has allowed me to deliver tailored, person-centred training. I’m currently studying a Diploma of Community Services to deepen my knowledge and continue growing in this space.
At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in diversity, inclusion and the right of every person to be recognised and valued. I’m excited to keep walking alongside the people I support as they work towards the futures they imagine for themselves.

I’m a dedicated employment coordinator at Paramount Connect, Qualified in Training & Assessing (TAA). With over ten years of experience in disability services (specialising in Mental Health), I have a real passion for helping job seekers, into meaningful work.
I’m all about providing personalised support, building confidence, and helping people develop the skills they need to become independent and job-ready.
Through hands-on training, career advice, and real-world experience, I work alongside participants to help them grow, achieve their goals, and take exciting steps towards a bright future.
