Are you eligible for assistance?

To access our services, we would need to check the following:

1- NDIS Plan: Have an active National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan.

2- School Leaver: Be in the final years of school or have recently finished school.

3- Age Range: Typically between 15 and 24 years old (age limits may vary).

No worries! Feel free to contact us, and we’ll explore the available options for you.

If you’re not eligible for School Leaver Employment Supports but still need help preparing for, finding, or keeping a job, we may be able to support you through other funding in your NDIS plan.
